For veterinary colleagues utilizing our peer referral portal:
- Consent & Imaging Integrity: Referring veterinarians warrant that they possess legitimate authorization and client consent to transmit patient medical records and DICOM imaging datasets to me and my surgical team for specialist evaluation.
- Collaborative Tertiary Care: Specialist surgical interventions are conducted under strict non-competitive protocols. Following surgery, detailed operative records, post-op imaging, and physical rehabilitation protocols are coordinated back to the primary clinic to ensure continuity of care.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All original content featured on this Portal—including, without limitation, surgical case documentation, radiographic datasets, 3D anatomical models, clinical essays, and astrophotography—is my exclusive intellectual property (Dr. Zhongheng Wu) unless otherwise credited.
